And yet, most men feel that no matter what we do, it’s never enough. Even when we do what she asks, the criticism continues — and the conversations & “processing” can seem endless and ineffective.

It doesn’t actually. Intimate parnership that is easier, happier and hotter is available to all of us, but it requires getting out of our heads and into our bodies. Into our hearts, our guts, our breath and our ground.
Come learn about the benefits of masculine embodiment and trustability in a relaxed and safe setting among other men.
Bring your questions — and frustrations and anguish — around relationships, especially the ones you wouldn’t feel comfortable sharing elsewhere.

A veteran Hollywood screenwriter (yes he’s written for SVU), Speed took a deep-dive into men’s embodiment work in his 40’s. It changed his life. So, for several years now, he’s been offering his teachings to men all over the world. Creator of 108 Minutes and several other men’s groups, Speed coaches men around purpose, love, freedom and meaning. He leads retreats and runs a co-ed Embodiment Lab with his co-teacher Lisa LaCroix.
