A graduate of John Wineland and Kendra Cunov’s thousand-hour Embodiment Teacher Training Program, Speed teaches his own proven path for men to get out of their heads, access their own embodied clarity, and feel the deep sensation of fulfillment they’ve been missing.
EMBODIMENT AND BROTHERHOOD
Men’s embodiment work has roots in ancient traditions.
Through practices derived from yoga, qigong, meditation and martial arts, we expand our nervous systems and strengthen our hearts.
Our bodies hold wisdom best accessed in brotherhood. We form a tribe of trust.
